The person I talked to was very, very helpful even though I am was saddened to think that they no longer make the Bonaire more mist or cool mist humidifier I loved it. It was easy for me to put in the water as I made three years old sad it is no longer available, but they are sending me a replacement and I want to thank them for that. She was very, very helpful.

Stopped working

This Bionaire air purifier stopped working after about 8 hours! It is the BAP9921 model.
I had purchased it last year and had not opened. I actually purchased two!!! The one I opened ran for about 8 hours and stopped. Will not start back up!!!

I cannot remember where I purchased it from, so I assume I am stuck with both of them! Hoping the other one will work!

Window fan not working properly

My window fan isnt working properly. The only setting it will do is Exchange regardless of it is set on In or bout.
I was just looking to find out how I could fix it. I dont have the remote so I dont know if that has anything to do with it.
Unfortunately you werent able to help as you dont carry that anymore so I was referred to the manufacturer.

She did what she could and when she wasnt able to help on her end, gave me the name and phone number of the manufacture.

- - Bought an expensive dual window fan.
- - Six months later the top fan quit.
- - Customer service directed me to another company for replacement.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They said they are sending me a check for the full amount, but I had to threaten to contact Walmart and the Better Business Bureau. I will never buy a product from them or their other brands.
I bought an expensive dual window fan and six months later the top fan quit working. I called customer service and spoke to a very nice lady, but then she turned around and said I need to call another company to deal with the replacement. I kind of wonder about a company that doesnt handle their own products.

Verified ReviewerPurchased two (2) air purifiers from Bionaire to help remove items (product) which are airborne after carpet removal and paint chemicals
- - Bought two air purifiers for COPD.
- - Unit stopped; I cleaned, dried and reinstalled.
- - I want a refund and two new purifiers.
NO fevelopment
I purchased filter products that I could cut to exact measurement instead of jury-rigging another manufacture's filter to fit. The recommended fix was another manufacturer.
I attempted to contact them and see if they would say it would work, or I could return, and my monies would be refunded. NO RESPONSE!! I then install a manufacturer cut to fit and started the 2 units in hopes that the exact size filter would make all the difference and the Bionaire units would work. No such luck!
Product does not work any longer and Bionaire does not respond, I really wish I had chosen another product. I am out the purchase price and the cut to fit, so much for help for a senior citizen.
Just clean, dry and reinstall. The equipment stopped working and after checking found filters could need to be cleaned. So I Cleaned, dried and reinstalled. Product does not work at all.
Bionaire recommended purchasing filters from other manufacturers and jury-rig them to work. I want to return them, retrieve my refund and purchase a reputable product. Since I still need 2 air purifiers.

Couldnt find the filter model number on call resolved And provided a different number and a resource where to source them.
Preferred solution: Got it on call info and resource that carries filters
